摘要
发展了测定水体中铅的氢化物发生——原子荧光光谱法,选择了最佳测定条件,铅的线性检测范围为0 ng/mL^100 ng/mL,该方法检出限为0.072 9 ng/mL,加标回收率为94.71%~99.86%。该方法操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确。
A rapid detection method of lead in water body by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed. The optimum determination factors have been selected. The linear range of calibration curve for lead is 0~100 ng/mL and the detection limit of lead is 0.072 9 ng/mL. The recoveries of standard addition are 94.71% ~ 99.86 %. The method is characterized by simple and fast operation, lower detection limits, higher sensitivity and higher precision.
