摘要
胶带输送机钢结构栈桥在煤炭行业应用极为广泛,结合某热电工程直径90m、沿圆周均匀设置扶壁柱的钢筋混凝土圆形贮煤仓,对其进行煤钢结构栈桥的结构设计.从支座的增设、结构体系方案的改良、结构分析方法的选用等方面对输煤栈桥结构进行了优化设计,结果表明,该处理方案取得了较好的技术经济效果.
The steel structural trestle transporting belt—conveyor machine is widely applied to the coal industry.Based on a circular reinforced concrete coal bunker with diameter of 90 m for a thermoelectric project,and for this coal bunder,the uniform pilasters are set up along its circumference.The essay has carried out optimization designs on conveying coal trestle structure by increasing the abutment,ameliorating structure system scheme and choosing appropriate structure analysis method.The results show that the ...
