至2005年底,我国发电装机已突破5亿kW,电力工业为国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高起到了十分重要的作用.作者通过对电力建设项目节约土地资源的回顾和总结,肯定了节约用地取得的成就,并结合电力工业发展的方向,提出了节约用地的措施和手段.

By the end of 2005,the total generation capacity in China exceeded 500 000 000 kW.And the electric power industry have been playing an important role in the national economy and the people s life.The author recognized the success in saving land through looking back and summation of the construction of electric power industry,and raised some measures and methods in light of the development trend for the electric power industry.
