摘要
介绍了我院在大唐马鞍山当涂发电有限公司一期工程勘测设计投标过程中,以2000年燃煤示范电厂相关精神为指导,在对厂址条件和制约总平面规划各项因素深刻解析的基础上,大胆创新,打破了相似地区同类型机组的传统规划格局,所提出的总体规划方案和厂区总平面布置方案具有思路新、指标小、占用土地岸线资源少、再扩建条件优越等优点,为节约各项资源、降低工程造价、充分挖掘厂址潜力、真正实现可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础.
