摘要
对于斗轮机基础的计算模型选取,目前还存在不同的看法和观点.基于不同计算模型所得到的计算结果也存在很大的差别,其结果导致配筋量超标,并成为目前斗轮机基础设计中普遍存在的一个问题.本文通过理论分析、并辅于计算论证,证明斗轮机基础的计算模型属于刚性基础类型.在此计算模型上,对斗轮机基础设计计算进行了有关截面尺寸、配筋等方面的优化.通过不同分段长度下基础的基底反力、位移的数值分析,对段长优化的可能性进行了探讨.所得到的结论可作为工程设计人员进行斗轮机基础设计时的参考.
There are still different views and perspectives about the numerical model selection of bucket wheel machine foundation. Basing on different models the results are also varied greatly; and the result leads its reinforcement overweight as a current problem in design of bucket wheel machine foundation.
