某办公楼原为20世纪80年代初兴建的5层钢筋混凝土框架结构,受业主委托,在不能对基础作加固处理的前提下,将原5层办公楼改造为12层的高层办公楼.设计将3层楼面以上部分全部拆除,保留3层楼面以下结构,并对3层楼面以下框架柱、梁采取加固改造措施.采用钢结构在3层楼面以上加建10层,并在3~4层做了钢结构支撑转换层,将下部6 m柱网转换成上部钢结构4 m柱网,完全满足了业主的特殊要求.

The office building is originally a 5-storey reinforced concrete frame structure which is constructed at the beginning of 1980 s.
