摘要 悬吊式钢内筒烟囱的内筒悬挂于各承重平台,筒体以受拉为主,避免了钢板的局部压屈,因而内筒的用钢量比传统的自立式钢内筒烟囱明显降低,可创造良好的社会经济效益,另外内筒荷重的降低对结构设计也极为有利.依托实际工程,在湿法脱硫不上GGH的工艺前提下,本文具体研究了悬吊式钢内筒烟囱的受力计算及内筒悬挂构造措施,重点解决了内筒各悬挂段的膨胀节及支撑牛腿的构造设计. The inner steel cynlinder of the suspensory chimney hangs in every main platform.The cynlinder body takes the pull as priority in order to avoid the partial press of the armor plate.Therefore,the amount of steel of the inner cylinder is less than that of the traditional independent steel chimney so as to earn good social and economic benetits.In addition,the reduction of the inner cylinder s load is extremely beneficial to the structural design.Relying on the practical engineering and depending on the techn...
