依照《防洪标准(GB50201-94)》、《堤防工程设计规范(GB50286-98)》、《火力发电厂设计技术规程(DL5000-2000)》等规程、规范,对沿江沿海地区大型火电厂如何利用现有的江海堤防、如何设计完备的防洪体系、如何设计防洪堤等问题进行探讨.

According to Standard for Flood Control(GB5020194),Code for Design of Levee Project(GB50286-98),Technical Code for Designing Fossil-fired Power Plants(DL5000-2000) etc,aiming at large-scale fossil-fired power plant of along river areas or littoral,the relevant problems are discussed emphatically,such as how to utilize the most of existing flood levee,how to design the complete flood control system and how to design the flood levee economically.
