警院教职工体育锻炼现状及对策

On the Current Status of Physical Exercises of the Faculty Staff in My Institute and Countermeasures

警院担负着全局民警在职培训和学历教育的重任,警院教职工的身体素质直接影响到公安教育教学质量。以问卷调查、数据统计等方法对警院教职工的速度、力量及耐力等身体素质进行分析和比较,研究表明没有良好的锻炼习惯、参与意识淡薄、锻炼时间无法保证是广大干部教师普遍存在的问题。各级领导对此要强化教职工的体育认知意识,规范锻炼制度,健全达标制度,加强监督效力。相关部门要强化体育服务意识,切实保障场地、设施的使用。警院教职工要强化自身体育需要意识,自觉进行体育锻炼。

Police Institute is responsible for the in-service training and academic education of policemen.Therefore,the health and physique of its faculty is directly related to the educational quality of police team.By means of questionnaire and statistical analysis,this study presents findings from a careful research into the health and physique of the faculty in aspects of their racing speed,strength and endurance.
