圆管内表面周向三维裂纹应力强度因子的新解法 被引量:1

New Approaches for Evaluating Stress Intensity Factors for Peripheral Cracks on the Inner Surface of Circular Tube

摘要 对圆管内表面周向三维裂纹应力强度因子的求解,发展了传统的能量差率方法,同时研究了新兴的双重边界元理论,并运用这两种新解法,分别获得了关于裂纹张开位移的伯努利方程的半数值半工程封闭解和基于非连续裂尖奇异单元离散的应力强度因子数值解。并讨论了应力强度因子与裂纹形状a/c及裂纹深度a的关系,两者比较分析发现,其计算结果规律是一致的,且能量差率方法更保守,也更安全。 Energy difference rate method and dual boundary element method(DBEM)are approaches to evaluate stress intensity factor of threedimensional cracks.In order to obtain stress intensity factor for inner surface cracks on circular tubes,we developed traditional energy difference rate method and researched latest DBEM.Using the two new approaches,we have achieved a semi-numerical and semi-engineering closed form solution of the Bernauli′s equation for the crack opening displacement and given numerical solutions o...
