摘要
目的:探讨应用复合树脂充填治疗磨损导致的牙齿敏感症的方法和疗效。方法:选择牙体磨损致牙齿敏感症患者104例(167颗牙),根据对颌牙的间隙分别选用3M前后牙通用树脂和流动树脂对缺损区充填,分别于治疗后1个月和6个月随访疗效。结果:95例患者完成随访,治疗后1个月显效率13.7%、有效率77.9%、无效率8.4%;治疗后6个月显效率11.6%、有效率72.6%、无效率15.8%。结论:复合树脂充填是治疗磨损导致的牙本质敏感症的简单而有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate light-cured compounded resin plombage for treatment tooth-wear-caused hypersensitivity.Method: 104 cases(167 tooth) of tooth-wear-caused hypersensitivity were treated with two kinds of light-cured compounded resin(3M,U.S.A) plombage.After1 and 6 months follow-up,the curative effect of 95 patients were analysed.Result: Symptom vanished in 13.7% patients and partly released in 77.9% patients whereas 8.4% patients showed no release after 1 month follow-up;11.6% patients symptom vanished,72.6% patients partly released and 15.8% patients showed no released after 6 months follow-up.Conslusion: Light-cured compound resin plombage is a simple and effective approach for treatment of tooth wear caused hypersensitivity.
