摘要目的:探讨瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法:将93例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组给予瑞巴派特+法莫替丁+阿莫西林+甲硝唑;B组给予铝碳酸镁+法莫替丁+阿莫西林+甲硝唑;C组给予硫糖铝+法莫替丁+阿莫西林+甲硝唑。结果:在总S期和S2期获得率以及溃疡直径减小程度等A组明显高于B、C两组。结论:瑞巴派特是促进溃疡愈合方面疗效较高的药物。 Objective:To study the effect of rebamipide on the patients with gastric ulcer.Method:93 examples were divided into A、B、C three groups at random,A: rebamipide+famotidine+amoxicillin+metronidazole;B: hydrotalcite+ famotidine+amoxicillin+metronidazole;C: sucralfate+ famotidine+amoxicillin+metronidazole.Result:group A obviously prior than group B and C in the reduce degree of gastic ulcer diameter in phase S.Conclusion:Rebamipide is valuable drug in the clinical treatment with gastric ulser.
