基于ANSYS的智能交流接触器触头系统设计

摘要 根据智能交流接触器的特点,采用三维电磁场计算软件ANSYS,运用AP-DL语言,以VC++为编程工具,对交流接触器触头系统进行分析与计算。针对分断过程"微电弧能量"小电弧的特点,通过分析小电弧区域的电磁场分布、电弧受力大小、栅片放置位置等情况,寻求合适的新型智能交流接触器触头系统结构和智能控制方案,为产品化奠定基础。 By taking the 3-D electromagnetic field calculating software ANSYS,adopting the ANSYS Parametric Design Language,and using VC++ as programme tool,the analysis and calculation for contact system of AC contactor has been done.In terms of the characteristic of 'tiny arc-erengy' in the closing course,from analysing the electromagnetic field distributing in the small arc area,the force magnitude of arc,the positon of splitter plates and so on.We try to find out the appropriate configuration of contact system and intelligent control method for Intelligent AC contactor.It provides the basis for taking Intelligent AC contactor into practical product.
