摘要
介绍了YF17A型卷烟储存输送系统的组成及其控制原理。采用可编程控制器、Profibus-DP总线、分布式I/O、伺服系统和工业PC设计了一种新型的电气控制系统,给出了硬件配置、网络组态、软件设计和主程序流程框图。实践证明该系统运行速度高,稳定可靠。
The composition and the control principle of the YF17A cigarette storage and conveying system were introduces.A new kind of electrical control system is designed by using the programmable controller,Profibus-DP bus,distributed I/O,servo system and industrial PC.Also the hardware configuration,network configuration,software design and main program flow block diagram are provided in the article.Practice has proven that this system can operate at high speed stably and reliably.
