摘要
设计了一种低功耗数控接触器。该接触器通过采用间隔储能、单脉冲触动电流、永磁机构与程序控制技术构成控制系统,操动接触器闭合与分断。给出了该接触器的应用案例。新的设计可解决100~800A接触器低功率起动、运动可控、严酷的环境使用3大技术难题。
A low consumption digital controlled contactor was designed. By using interval energy storing, single-pulse trigger current, permanent magnet mechanism and programme-controlled technology to construct control system, the contactor drives contactor making and breaking. The application example of this contactor was given too. The new design can solve three technology problems which are low power starting, running controlled and application in strict surroundings for 100~800 A contactors.
