摘要
低压电器国家标准规定,进行通断试验时,试验回路的功率因数和电流值要调整到规定值的允许偏差范围之内,常规的测量方法由于理论解释时存在应用条件的局限性,测量的准确性受到较大的影响,而测量过程又比较繁琐。利用LabView软件,通过对近几年短路试验中波形的分析,对电流波形采取包络拟合方法计算功率因数,不仅符合标准的要求,并具有一致性好、精度高的特点。
According to the standard of the low voltage apparatus, the power factor of the test circuit must adjust the available value within the range of deviation when doing the making and breaking test. The common method of calculating the power factor often have limitations due to the theory explanation. So the accuracy of the result have some effect and the calculating process is complex. The article adopt the method which use the data envelopment method LabView software to calculate the power factor by analyzing the short circuit current waves of recent years based on the LabView. It can satisfy the demand of the standard and has high accuracy.
