p185和bcl-2蛋白在胆管癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨p185和bcl-2蛋白在胆管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测46例胆管癌和10例正常胆管组织中p185和bcl-2蛋白表达水平,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果在胆管癌中p185和bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为60.9%(28/46)和47.8%(22/46)。胆管癌中p185表达阳性率显著高于正常胆管组织(P<0.05),而bcl-2表达阳性率显著低于正常胆管组织(P<0.05)。p185高表达和bcl-2低表达与胆管癌的TNM分期、分化程度和转移相关(P<0.05)。p185表达与bcl-2表达呈负相关。结论检测p185及bcl-2蛋白表达可作为评估胆管癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of p185 and bcl-2 proteins in cholangiocarcinomas (ChC) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of p185 and bcl-2 proteins in 46 cases of ChC and 10 normal chcledochus (NCC). The relationship between the expression of p185 and bcl-2 and the clinicopathological factors of ChC was analyzed. Results The positive rate of p185 in ChC was higher than that in NCC (60.9% vs.0%,P<0.05),but the positive rate of bcl-2 was lower in ChC than in NCC (47.8% vs. 80.0%, P<0.05).The high level expression of p185 and the low expression of bcl-2 were positively correlated with the TNM phase,differentiation degree and metastasis in ChC (P<0.05). The expression of p185 was reversely correlated to that of bcl-2 in ChC . Conclusion The expressions of tumor suppressor p185 and apoptotic inhibitor bcl-2 could be of use in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of ChC.
