摘要
川东地区属于落后的西部盆周山区,要实现全面建设小康社会的目标,在未来的一二十年中保持较高的发展速度,使其经济持续、高速、快速、健康发展,关键在于要有新思路、新办法和新举措。
East Sichuan Area is located in the outlying mountainous region of the Sichuan Basin which belongs to the slowly developing West China.In order to fulfill the aim of building the well-being society in an all-round way,new thinking,innovative methods and creative measures must be adopted in this area as the key task,thus its speed of comparatively fast development can be ensured in the following decades and its economic development can be sustainable and healthy with the characteristics of high and fast speed.
