On the Right of Administrative Knowing and Its Legal Protection

知政权作为知情权的一种重要形式随着民主、法治的不断发展而日益彰显其重要地位及价值。立足于当前我国行政法治之现状,分析了知政权保障存在的问题,结合域外行政公开的发展趋势对我国公民之知政权保障进行了理性的反思及建构。

The right of administrative knowing,as an important form of the right of knowing the inside,is playing an important role and highlighting its value with the continuous development of democracy and the rule of law.This paper,based on the present state of China's administrative law,analyzes the problem about the protection of the right of administrative knowing,and connects the development trend of China's outside public administration,reflects and rebuilds rationally the protection the right of Chinese citizens.The effective protection of the right will contribute to the direction of Chinese rule of the law toward the harmonious development of good governance law.
