摘要
石油化工及其深加工中经常涉及三相精馏过程,模拟该过程对化工分离设计具有十分重要的意义。文中提出一种新算法Newton同伦-同时校正混合法模拟三相精馏过程,该算法将同时校正法有机地嵌入同伦法中,采用同伦弧长微分法求解,在保持同伦算法大范围收敛特性的同时,提高了计算效率。采用Michlesen稳定性判据作为液相稳定性判据。以丙烯腈-乙腈三相萃取精馏塔为例,验证了算法的有效性。
There are many three-phase distillation processes in petrochemical industry. It's very important how to simulate properly these processes. A new algorithm is put forward which is named Newton-homotopy-Simultaneo-us-correction mixed algorithm which combines the advantages of global convergence and quick convergent rate. The liquid-phase stability analysis is on the basis of the Michlesen stability analysis. Acrylonitrile-Acetonitrile three-phase extractive distillation is simulated successfully by new algorithm.
