Reflections on Teaching the Multimedia-based Course about the Bible

传统的《圣经》教学拘泥于故事的介绍,且因囿于教学手段的局限而未能全面、直观地呈现该部经典对西方文明诸方面的影响.本文结合笔者的教学实践,探讨了运用多媒体手段及网络资源开设"《圣经》欣赏"多媒体课程的一些做法及应该遵循的原则.

The traditional way of teaching about the Bible,with a convenient focus on biblical stories and inhibited by limited means of teaching,fails to do justice to its multi-faceted influence on Western civilization.With this observation,the writer of this paper reflects on some of his experience in teaching the course of Understanding the Bible by using multimedia facilities and net resources.Some guiding principles are summarized thereafter.
