教师对网络环境下自主学习的指导、监督与管理

Teacher’s Guide,Supervision,and Management on Web-based Autonomous Learning

本文针对无监督、控制的完全自主学习中暴露出来的问题,提出了教师对自主学习实施指导、监督和管理的5种措施:①指导学生制定学习计划,选择学习方法;②要求学生填写自主学习报告;③布置网上合作学习任务;④以阶段考试、口语活动和管理模块监督学习过程;⑤组织自主学习方法的交流讨论.作者通过问卷调查和教学实验检验了这些措施实施后产生的效果.实践证明这些措施有效地保证了学生上网时间用于学习,有利于学生自主学习能力的培养和学习效率的提高.

Without the teacher's guide,supervision and management,many problems arose in completely autonomous learning.In order to solve the problems,this paper puts forwards 5 measures,namely,to give students instructions on how to make autonomous learning plan and how to choose proper approaches to it; to require students to fill in autonomous learning report;to assign online learning tasks;to check and evaluate the effect of autonomous learning;and to organize the discussions on autonomous learning approaches.The authors examined the effect of these measures by questionnaires and teaching experiments.The result shows the measures are greatly effective in ensuring online time used for learning,and they contribute to the improvement of students' autonomous learning competence and efficiency.
