Construction of e-government should stand serving people

文章通过介绍美国应急系统("911"系统)、城市服务系统("311"系统)和电子政务建设与使用情况,提出推进我国公共管理现代化和电子政务建设的建议与措施,特别提出电子政务的规划与建设应"以人为本,服务于民"。

In this paper,the author introduced the construction and application of American Emergency System(911 system),Ur- ban System(311 system)and E-government,and then,he put forward suggestions and measure to push on construction.of mod- ernization of public management;finally.Finally;it is particularly pointed out that design and construction of E-government should stand facing people's requirements.
