空间信息服务时态数据的管理与应用

摘要 本文面向当前空间信息应用的实际需求,以传统GIS为基础,研究建立实用的、易于实现的集矢量与栅格数据为一体的时空数据模型,增加GIS对时态属性的管理和操作。本文研究解决了时态拓扑构建的关键技术,采用面向对象方法开发了一套时态空间数据库管理系统,实现了时空数据的采集、存储、查询和显示,并以中国多个历史时期的行政界线为基础数据,进行了时空数据模型的应用研究,为TGIS发展探索了一条实用的技术路线。 Geographic data should be described by spatial, temporal and attribute components,but the spatio-temporal queries are difficult to be answered within current GIS.This paper describes research into the development and application of spatio-temporal data management system based upon GeoWindows GIS software plat- form which was developed by Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping(CASM).Faced the current and practical requirements of spatial information application,and based on existing GIS platform, one kind of spatio-temporal data model which integrates vector and grid data together was established firstly.Secondly,we solved out the key technique of building temporal data topology,successfully developed a suit of spatio-temporal database management system a- dopting object-oriented methods.The system provides the temporal data collection,data storage,data management and data display and query functions.Finally,as a case study,we explored the applica- tion of spatio-temporal data management system with the adminis- trative region data of multi-history periods of China as the basic da- ta.With all the efforts above,the GIS capacity of management and manipulation in aspect of time and attribute of GIS has been en- hanced,and technical reference has been provided for the further de- velopment of temporal geographic information system(TGIS).
