基于GIS的广播电视覆盖网管理技术研究

Research on broadcasting-TV overcast net based on GIS

本文从广播电视覆盖网管理需求出发,在总结广播电视覆盖网管理系统研发经验的基础上,探讨了基础空间地理信息及其相关技术在广播电视覆盖网规划管理中的作用,阐述了以GIS为支撑点,广播电视覆盖网管理信息系统建设所需要解决的广播电视覆盖预测技术、频点指配分析、干扰分析、覆盖分析等一系列关键技术,具有一定的创新性和应用价值。

Based on the demand of broadcasting and television management,and summarizing the experience of developing the in- formation systems of the Broadcasting-TV overcast net manage- ment,this paper discusses the functions that the basic geographic space information can have on the management of the Broadcasting- TV overcast net,and on the basis of GIS,this paper dwells on the key technique,such as covering forecast,frequency designation, interfercr analysis、covering analysis and so on concerning the infor- mation systems constructing of the broadcasting-TV covering net. So the paper may be important for the application.
