焦化分馏塔结盐分析及可行性处理的探索

An Analyze and Investigation of Possibility Processing to Delayed Coking Fractionating Tower Knot the Salt

随着炼厂原料的日益重质化,为了获取更高的轻质油收率和经济效益,延迟焦化装置作为炼厂重油加工的主要装置,其地位日趋重要,如何保证延迟焦化装置的安全、稳定、长周期运行也成为炼厂的重点技术课题。结合中石化胜利油田有限公司石油化工总厂40万吨/年延迟焦化装置分馏塔内部结盐的现状,对分馏塔结盐的原因进行了剖析,提出了解决分馏塔结盐的几种有效处理方法。

With the increasingly heavy quality of the oil refinery raw material for the sake of obtaining,the higher and light quality oil to accept the rate and economic performances,delayed coking unit is a main equip of the oil refinery heavy oil process.It's position is gradually important.How guarantee delayed coking unit run safety,steady and long period circulate also become the point technique topic of the oil refinery.This paper combines the Chinese Petrochemical Shengli Oil-field Limited Company Petroleum Chemical Engineering Factory 400,000 t/a to delay the present condition that fractionating tower inner part to knot the salt of delayed coking unit,analysis the reason of knotting the salt of fractionating tower,and provide several kinds method to solve fractionating tower knot the salt.
