高效液相色谱法测定苯基周位酸的含量

Determination of N-benzene-1-naphthamine-8-sulfonic Acid by Liquid Chromatography

采用高效液相色谱法测定苯基周位酸的含量。采用Kromasil ODS色谱柱,以甲醇/水(60/40)为流动相,检测波长为220nm,测定苯基周位酸的相对偏差小于0.36%,回收率为99.2%-100%。结果表明,该法具有操作快速、简便、准确等优点。

This paper reports the organic intermediates weeks phenyl acid by HPLC analysis.This method kromasil ODS column,methanol/water(60/40)as the mobile phase,220nm wavelength detection.Using the method for the determination of phenyl acid weeks,the relative deviation of less than 0.36%,the recovery rate of 99.2%-100%.The method is rapid,simple and accurate.
