中文图书采购招标评价指标体系的建立

The Development of the Evaluation Indexes System for Chinese Book Tender Procurement in Libraries

提出采用改进德尔菲法建立图书馆中文图书采购招标评价指标体系,利用该方法针对初步确定出的26个评价指标,选择了12名从事中文图书采购工作均在3年以上的专家作为专家咨询人员进行了两轮咨询,在对咨询结果进行统计处理的基础上,筛选出了19个评价指标。该指标体系的建立,可为图书馆中文图书采购招标的评价工作提供一定的借鉴。

Modified Delphi method has proposed for the development of the Evaluation Indexes System for Chinese Book Tender Procurement in Libraries. The method is used to run two rounds of consulting work with the preliminary evaluation of the 26 indicators. 12 librarians who engage in Chinese book selection for more than 3 years are recruited as experts to be surveyed in the two rounds of consulting work. Then 19 indexes are selected based on the statistics of survey results. The development of the Evaluation Indexes System provides a reference for Chinese Book Tender Procurement in Libraries.
