摘要
采用阅读疗法、音乐疗法、同伴支持法及开展丰富多彩的课外活动,对大学生网络成瘾者进行教育救治。以针对性的"图书处方"、"音乐处方"去陶冶网络成瘾大学生的情操;以同伴的相互关爱、帮助与监督干预成瘾者的上网行为,强化了阅读疗法的效果;以丰富多彩的课外活动充实成瘾者的课外生活,抵御网络聊天与游戏的诱惑。在研究中,应用美国学者金伯利.杨教授设计的测"网瘾"方法,进行对比测试,发现该综合干预方法对大学生中低度网络成瘾效果较好。
The paper explores the intervention on college student's Internet addiction by using library resources.The methods used to pull up students from Internet addiction include reading therapy,music therapy,peer support and varied extracurricular activities.The reading therapy and music therapy help the addicts to cultivate sentiments.The peer support and supervision help the addicts to keep away from the attraction of the Internet and strengthen the results of treatment.And the extracurricular activities enrich the campus life and help the addicts free from the temptation of chatting and playing games online.Finally the authors conclude that the combined intervention therapy proved better for low and middle level of Internet addictions by using the Internet addiction assay method designed by an American scholar,professor Kimberly Young.
