N-邻苯二甲酰-L-苯丙氨酸的合成及结构表征

摘要 合成了标题化合物N-邻苯二甲酰-L-苯丙氨酸(C17H13NO4),并通过X-射线衍射对其结构进行了表征。晶体数据表明,该化合物单晶属于正交晶系,空间群为P21,晶胞参数为a=9.516(3),b=5.8314(16),c=13.008(4),α=90.00°,β=92.710(5)°,γ=90.00,°Z=2。标题化合物中邻苯二甲酰亚胺部分和苯环之间的二面角为136.1,°分子间存在弱的O─H…O和C─H…O氢键作用,使得单晶结构趋于稳定。 The title compound of N-Phthaloyl-L-phenylalanie was synthesized and its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system,space group P21 with a = 10.829(4),b = 30.149(7),c = 10.552(3),α = 90.00°,β = 92.710(5)°,γ = 90.00°,Z = 2.In the title compound,the dihedral angle between the phthalimide system and the phenyl ring is 136.1.The crystal structure of the title compound is stabilized by weak O-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonds.
