本文论述了我国高校《管理学》课程教学的新形势和新背景,分析了《管理学》课程特点以及在教学过程中出现的一些实际问题,结合我校实际情况,提出了《管理学》课程教学改革的思路和方法。

This article elaborats the new situation and the new background of the curriculum teaching of 'management science' in our country colleges and universities,and analyzes the curriculum characteristics of 'management science' and some actual problems which appear in the teaching process.Connected with the actual situation in our school,it suggests some ideas and methods of teaching reform of 'management science' curriculum.
