摘要
本文简述了高校教职工目前面临的现状,分析了高校人不和谐的原因,阐述了文体活动在促进人的和谐中起到的作用及开展活动应注意的问题,力求探讨如何促进高校人的和谐,进而构建和谐校园。
This article summarized the present situation which university teachers and staff facing,analyzed the disharmonious reason,explained the function of recreational activity and the problem we should pay attention to,so that we can promote the harmony of university teachers and staff and construct harmonious campus.
