摘要
目的:探讨二胺氧化酶(DAO)在人类原发性肝癌组织中基因表达。方法:应用半定量逆转录—聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测22例人类正常肝脏组织、36例人原发性肝癌旁组织和36例人原发性肝癌组织新鲜标本中基因mRNA的表达情况。结果:在肝癌组织中DAO基因呈高表达。结论:肝脏中DAO基因表达随肿瘤的发展而变化。
Objective:To study the DAO expression of mRNA in primary carcinoma of the liver and explore the relation between DAO and cancer of the liver.Methods:The applied method of reverse transcription polymerase Chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to investigate the mRNA expression of the DAO in 22 the normal liver organization of mankind and 36 the side organization of primary carcinoma of the liver and 36 primary carcinoma of the liver organization.Results:A great deal of the expression of DAO in liver carcinoma organization.Conclusion:The tumor development then the DAO expression of mRNA in the liver will change.
