动态血压监测评价不同时间服用非洛地平的降压效应 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析评价不同时间服用非洛地平的降压效应。方法:选取2004年6月-2006年1月就诊的原发性高血压患者76例,随机分为两组,两组患者分别在6:00~7:00或18:00~19:00服用非洛地平,在治疗前及治疗后8周分别行24h动态血压监测。结果:动态血压监测提示,清晨及夜间服用非洛地平均能有效降低24h平均血压、白昼平均血压及夜间平均血压;反映血压起伏变化的血压变异率和血压负荷,用药后明显降低,且两组间差异无显著性;清晨及夜间服用非洛地平均能有效降低清晨时段5:00~9:00血压。结论:清晨或夜间服用非洛地平均有效控制24h血压,时间不影响非洛地平的降压效应。 Objective:To evaluate the control effect of felodiping administered on the different time in the hypertension patients by the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Methods:From June 2004 to Jan.2006,76 cases of the patients with essential hypertension were included in this study.All cases were divided into 2 groups randomly and given felodiping 5~10 mg on the different time once daily for 8 weeks.A 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is performed,respectively at pre-treatment and after 8weeks treatment.Results:The analysis of ABPM showed that the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in two groups.The blood pressure variety ration and blood pressure loading of the post-treatment decreased significantly more than those of pre-treatment in two group.The early morning blood pressure(5:00~9:00) of the post-treatment decreased significantly in two groups.Conclusion:The effective blood pressure control could be gained with felodiping administered on the early morning or night time in the hypertension patients.
