女性压力性尿失禁治疗60例分析

Therapy for female stress urinary incontinence(60 cases)

目的:探讨女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的治疗方法和效果。方法:压力性尿失禁60例采用经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊带术(TVT)治疗25例,药物和功能训练治疗35例。结果:手术治疗组25例手术时间平均35min,出血量平均15mL,随访患者3～23个月,23例(92%)治愈,2例明显改善,4例出现并发症,其中术中膀胱损伤3例,术后尿潴留1例。非手术治疗35例,4例治愈,23例有不同程度的改善,8例无效,总有效率为77.1%。结论:是治疗女性压力性尿失禁十分有效的微创方法,药物治疗和功能训练有一定的改善作用。

Objective:To investigate the methods and curative effect of treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods:Among 60 cases of SUI,25 patients were treated bytension free vaginal tapep rocedure(TVT) and 35 were treated by drugs and function practice.Results:The average operation time was 35 minutes and the average blood loss was 15 mL.25 cases with TVT got a 3～23 months follow-up.23 cases(92%) were successfully cured and 2 cases were improved dramatically.Complications occured in 4 cases,bladder injury during procedure 3 cases,urinary retension after TVT1 case.Among 35 patients with non-surgery methods,4 cases were cured,23 improved differently and 8 no effect.The total valid rate was 77.1%.Conclusion:TVT procedure is a safe effective and minimally invasive surgical method for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Drug therapy and function practice can improve the symptoms of such patients.
