摘要
V型内锥流量计是近年来被广泛关注的新型差压式流量测量装置,开展V型内锥流量计在两相流测量中应用的研究,可以拓展其适用范围,为解决两相流测量提供一种新的工具。本文针对水平管道(50 mm口径)中的气/水两相流,应用等效直径比β=0.65的V型内锥进行了实验研究,介绍了流出系数的标定方法,及分相模型下V型内锥修正系数θ的确定步骤,并应用基于流型修正的林宗虎关系式实现了气/水两相流测量,验证了采用V型内锥流量计测量气/液两相流的可行性。
As new type differential pressure flowrate instrumentation,V-cone flowmeter has been paid extensive attention.Investigating on V-cone and its application on two-phase flow measurement can expand its range of application and provides a novel tool to measure two-phase flow.In this paper,the experimental study is presented using a V-cone with equivalent diameter ratio to measure air/water two-phase flow in horizontal pipe (50mm diameter).The method of calibrating efflux coefficient and the procedure of determining correction factor of V-cone under split phase model are introduced.The Lin Zonghu relational expression modified by flow pattern is applied to measure gas/water two-phase flow,which verified the feasibility of V-cone flowmeter on gas/liquid two-phase flow measurement.
