摘要 在换热器网络的最优化设计中,为计算其年度总费用,必须首先得到网络中各换热器流体的进出口温度.本文提出了分级超结构换热器网络中流体温度的显式解析解。这一新算法大大降低了它对计算机内存的要求,使其能适用于大规模换热器网络的温度计算和最优综合。 For the optimal design of a heat exchanger network,the inlet and outlet stream tempera- tures of each heat exchanger in the network should be known.A simplified explicit analytical solution of stream temperatures of a stage-wise superstructure heat exchanger network was introduced.The new calculation procedure reduces the computer memory requirement dramatically and can be used for synthesis of large scale heat exchanger networks.
