摘要
目的建立消毒洗剂中酮康唑含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法。方法采用ODSC18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇+水(80+20),流量为1.00ml/min,检测波长为239nm。结果该方法线性范围为1.00~100μg/ml,r=0.9999。回收率为98.1%~99.8%,日内、日间相对标准偏差均小于2%,方法检出限为1.08μg/ml。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于酮康唑洗剂的测定。
Objective To develop a method to determine the content of ketoconazole in the disinfectant by HPLC. Methods The separation was carried out on an ODS C18 column. Methanol-water (80+20) was used as the mobile phases. The flow rate was 1.00 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 239 nm. Results The linearity was obtained in the range of 1.00-100 μg/ml for ketoconazole, the average recovery rates were 98.1%-99.8%. The difference in a day and in another day was less than 2%. The detection limit was 1.08 μg/ml. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, rapid and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for ketoconazole.
