摘要
目的壳聚糖对铅离子的吸附性能及动力学研究。方法以罗丹明B为显色剂,采用分光光度法分别探讨不同时间(0~100min)、不同温度(25~50℃)、不同pH值(2~12)以及NaCl溶液浓度(0.1、0.2mol/L)对壳聚糖吸附铅离子的影响。结果壳聚糖对铅离子的吸附,开始时比较快,80min后基本趋于平衡;温度愈高,壳聚糖对铅离子吸附量愈大;当pH值在3.6~4.6时,壳聚糖对铅离子吸附量最大;NaCl溶液对壳聚糖吸附铅离子具有抑制作用,0.2mol/LNaCl溶液的抑制作用强于0.1mol/L的NaCl溶液。结论壳聚糖对铅离子的吸附受时间、温度、pH值、NaCl溶液浓度的影响,吸附表观活化能为5.11kJ/mol。
Objective To understand the adsorption capability and kinetics of chitosan (CTS) for Pb(II) in water. Methods The spectrophotometry was used to explore the effects of time, temperature, pH value and ion intensity on the adsorption capability of CTS for lead. Results The adsorption speed was faster at the beginning, then to the balance status 80 minutes later. The adsorption rate increased as the temperature increased. pH value could influence the adsorption, the adsorption capacity reached to the maximum when the pH values were 3.6-4.6. The sodium chloride solution showed an inhibitory effect on the adsorption with a dose dependent manner. Conclusion The adsorption is influenced by the effects of time, temperature, pH value, and ion intensity. The apparent energy(ΔE) is 5.11 kJ/mol.
