风机远程监测及故障诊断系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Fun Remote Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System

根据回转窑风机运行的实际情况,对远程监测及故障诊断系统进行了研究。从测点及信息点布置、远程通信体系结构及接口设计、远程监测与故障诊断建模、网络数据库的建立及维护等四个方面进行了深入研究,实验及应用结果表明,该系统故障诊断率高,运行可靠。

The authors of this paper study the fun remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system on the basis of the operation of rotary kiln.The study includes the position of measure points and information points,structure of remote communication system and the design of interface,modeling of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis and the design and maintenance of network data base.The experiment and the application result show that the system of fault diagnose rate is high and the operation is reliable.
