摘要
目的:了解直肠癌患者机体自由基水平变化。方法:选择MDA和SOD为指标。将直肠癌患者分为非梗阻性组(B组)及梗阻性组(C组),分别测定其外周血清及瘤缘、瘤体组织自由基水平。选择健康献血员为对照组(A组)。结果:B组患者血清MDA及SOD水平与A组无显著差别,而C组MDA水平显著高于A、B两组(P<0.01);SOD水平显著低于A、B两组(P<0.01)。B、C两组瘤体组织MDA水平显著高于瘤缘组织,SOD水平明显低于瘤缘组织(P<0.05);C组瘤体、瘤缘MDA水平显著高于B组(P<0.05),而SOD水平明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:①结果显示直肠癌患者瘤体自由基水平升高;②肠道梗阻是直肠癌患者机体自由基水平升高的主要因素。
Objective: To detect the changes of free radicals in patiants with rectal carcinomas.Methods: Indexes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdeyde(MDA) were selected.Patients with rectal carcinomas were divided into two groups,non-obstructive group(group B) and obstructive group(group C).Healthy blood donors were chosen as control group(group A).Results: No significant difference was found in the serum levels of MDA and SOD between group A and B.The level of MDA in group C was higher,but the level of SOD in group C was lower than that in group A and B.The levels of MDA in tumor of group B and C were higher,and the levels of SOD in rumor of group B and C were lower than those of tumor margin.The levels of MDA in tumor and tumor margin in group C were higher,but the levels of SOD were lower than those in group B.Conclusion: The levels of flee radicals increase in the tumor of patients with rectal carcinomas.Intestinal obstruction may be the major reason for the increase of free radicals in patients with rectal carcinomas.
