PPH联合缝扎注射术治疗环状混合痔合并直肠内脱垂临床观察(附11例报告)

Clinical observation on the efficacy of PPH with ligation and injection in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhhoids complicated with internal prolapse of rectum:a report of 11 cases

目的:观察PPH联合缝扎注射术治疗环状混合痔合并直肠内脱垂的疗效.方法:用痔上黏膜环切器对直肠黏膜环形切除3～4cm并吻合,直肠黏膜缝扎、黏膜下及直肠周围注射志消注射液.结果:本组病例治愈8例,好转3例.术后肛门及会阴部坠胀7例,下腹部疼痛1例,肛门轻度疼痛2例,术后大出血1例,尿潴留3例.平均住院7 d.随访半年至一年无复发,无直肠狭窄等并发症.结论:PPH联合缝扎注射术治疗环状混合痔合并直肠内脱垂操作简单、疗效好、痛苦较少、恢复快,并发症少.

Objective: To observe the efficacy of PPH with ligation and injection in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid complicated with internal prolapse of rectum.Methods: Eleven cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid complicated with internal prolapse of rectum were treated by PPH and ligation of rectal mucosa,internal and external injection of rectum with Zhixiao.Results: Eight cases were cured,and 3 cases had improved condition.After follow-up of half-one year,no recurrence and no complications such as rectal stricture were found.Conclusion: PPH with ligation and injection is safe,effective with less pain,simple manupulation,quicker recovery and less complication in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid complicated with internal prolapse of rectum.
