民营企业并购中的人力资源整合对策

摘要 随着民营企业不断发展壮大,其也越来越多参与到并购活动中,但多数并购案例都以失败告终。人力资源整合对保证民营企业并购整合的成功至关重要,本文试从民营企业并购过程中探讨解决人力资源整合策略。
