大客户采购中心分析工具——采购影响者记录表

摘要 随着市场竞争愈演愈烈,作为决定竞争胜负关键性资源——大客户已经成为众多企业争夺的焦点。文章在分析大客户采购中心成员构成的基础上提出了采购影响者记录表这种分析工具,并介绍了如何在分析大客户采购影响者过程中自如运用该工具。
