浅析中心村建设实施的困难与对策

中心村建设是农村居民点演变的必然结果,如何把中心村规划好、建设好,是一个十分重要而紧迫的课题。本文以广西自治区为例,通过对各试点村进行调查研究,然后对其在建设的过程中所遇到的困难进行分析,提出实施建设的对策与建议,以供相关部门参考。

The center village construction is an inevitable outcome of the residents of the villagers. How to program and construct the center village well, in regard to currently, is really an important but urgent task. This text tries to take GuangXi as an example, by means of surveying and researching its some experimental places, analyzing the difficulties during the process of the construction, and finally comes up with a series of countermeasures and suggestions, for the reference to the related sections.
