大球盖菇是国内近年新开发的珍稀食用菌,具有味道鲜美、营养丰富、色泽鲜艳等特点,市场前景广阔。本文阐述了大球盖菇高产栽培技术和盐渍加工方法。
Stropharia rugoso-annalata is a kind of rare edible fungi with good taste,rich nutriftion,beautiful colour and commercial prospects, which is newly developed in China. This paper described the techniques of high-yield cultivation and fruit body brine processing for Stropharia rugoso-annalata.
