摘要
2005年对狂犬病活疫苗免疫的犬只进行了细胞免疫性能的评估,采用ELISA检测免疫犬和非免疫对照犬的血清中白细胞介素2和γ干扰素的浓度。结果免疫犬血清样品的IL-2和IFN-γ浓度分别于免疫后7d上升,至免疫后30d达到峰值,以后逐步下降,但至120d仍保持较高浓度。未免疫狂犬病疫苗的对照组犬,血清中IL-2和IFN-γ浓度无明显变化。
To evaluate the cellular immune response to rabies of the dogs vaccinated with rabies vaccine, blood samples of 24 dogs were assessment of the serum concentration of interleukin2 and interferon-gamma by ELISA.The results showed the serum concentration of IL-2 and IFN-γ were rised 7 days postvaccination, and reached a peak by 30 days postvaccination followed by a decline. The serum concentration of IL-2 and IFN-γ from unvaccinated control dogs were not stimulated by rabies vaccine.
