摘要
综述了陶瓷的显微结构对陶瓷金属化的影响,从金属化机理出发,叙述了对Al2O3陶瓷的特殊要求。以经验数据为基础,提出了陶瓷的典型显微结构和陶瓷金属化的工艺参数。
This paper has reviewed ceramic microstructure effect on mettallizing technology.It describes the special demands for Al2O3 ceramics to be metallization according to metallizing mechanism.Based on the experimental data,the ceramic typical microstructure and metallizing parameters were provided.
