Research on the mating of Construction Project Management Based on Transaction Costs Economics

以产品明晰度为建筑产品交易的关键特性,分析了它与建设项目交易成本的密切联系,从而确定了具有不同产品明晰度的建设项目与不同合同形式之间最佳匹配关系,从而引申出与不同项目管理模式之间的匹配关系。最后用FIDIC合同体系加以实证分析。

Based on the product definition of the construction products trade's key factor, this paper mainly discusses the relationship of it and the transaction costs of construction project,so as to make definite the best mating relationship of the different product definition of the construction project and the different form of contract,to extend the best mating relationship of the different product definition of the construction project and the different pattern of project management.finally,this paper studies it by demonstration,according to the FIDIC.
