浅谈项目建设前期工作对工程造价的重要性

项目建设前期工作主要包括项目建议书阶段、可行性研究阶段、项目决策阶段、设计阶段、建设准备阶段,这几个阶段对项目造价的影响非常重要,约为工程造价的85%左右。因此,做好这几个阶段的工作对项目造价的控制至关重要,笔者结合多年工作经验,对前期阶段的工作提出一些建议与看法。

The front-job of item is mostly consisted of some phases: item proposal,feasibility investigation,decision-making,design,construct seedtime.These phases are very important for project-cost and the rate is over 85%.In order to control the project-cost,it is important to make more work in these phases.With many years experience,the author advances the point in these phases.
